Since qualifiying as a personal trainer 11 years ago, I've found my niche as a biomechanics and pain rehabilitation specialist. To be able to use my specialist skills to diagnose & treat my clients is exciting and rewarding and I'm incredibly lucky that my job is my passion.

I am a keen cyclist and runner, I'm always out with my gorgeous dog Dude enjoying the beautiful local countryside and fresh air. I love all types of fitness from yoga to HIIT, health and fitness encompasses my whole life.

I also love cooking and baking. I have a really sweet tooth so I've developed lots of yummy recipes for cakes, biscuits and chocolates to share with you!
