Here you can enjoy a collection of exercise routine videos where you can follow along with me.

It's great to mix it up and move your body in different ways and to have a dynamic training schedule so I will be bringing you W.O.Ws with a different focus or training style each week.

You should always include at least one rest day to allow your body to recover and a release Me day, where you focus on releasing your tight muscles and increasing your mobility and flexibility, for optimal physical health. 

 

Always watch the technique videos first if any of the exercises are new to you and complete the warm up sequence before starting your workout. Take care when completing any exercises to listen to your body. If you have any pain or discomfort please discontinue the exercise and seek professional guidance. If you have an injury, are pre or post natal or have any concerns please seek professional guidance before completing a new exercise regime.
